An Essential Leader Responsibilities that Build and bring us together
People either, are elected, selected, and/ or, ascend to positions of leadership, only a few of them, actually, become true, meaningful, relevant, quality leaders! There are many reasons, and factors, involved, during this apparent, dearth of true leaders, but, perhaps, the key consideration, has the willingness, and skill to consistently, bring us, TOGETHER, for the common good! In these times, when many organizations compete, for the eye ,
and commitment, of potential members, etc, we need, added focus and
emphasis, on, creating, a true, meaningful, meeting - of - the - minds,
which seek to unify, rather than polarize! thereupon in mind, this text will plan to , briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this suggests and represents, and why it matters.
1. Time - tested; trust/ truth; timely; trends: so as to inspire, motivate, and convey people together, a pacesetter must, consistently, tell the reality , so as to earn the trust, of those, he serves and represents! He must provide the necessities of leading, and have a well - developed, relevant aptitude, and skill - set, so as to require advantage of your time - tested, strategies, etc. Aligning this data and understanding, with paying keen attention to the relevant trends, permits the individual, to proceed, during a well - considered, timely manner, to deal with challenges, during a meaningful way!
2. Options; opportunities; open - minded: One must proceed, with an open - mind, so as to completely consider, all relevant options and alternatives, and be prepared to require advantage of opportunities, which can present themselves, and/ or, create his own finest opportunity!
3. Growth; greater good; generate goodwill: How can any group, experience, the extent of necessary growth, which can cause , and consistently, generate goodwill, for the greater good?
4. Empathy; emphasis: a true leader must plan to , consistently, effectively, listen, and learn from every conversation and knowledge , so as to proceed, with genuine empathy! This must become a priority, and an emphasis!

True leaders must proceed, with using both the simplest aspects of their logical, and emotional components, during a head/ heart balance! during this way, there's a healing of perceived wounds, and divisions, and greater emphasis, on a gathering - of - the - minds!
7. Endurance; enrich; excellence: Since, there are often, obstacles, to achieving objectives, etc, a pacesetter must possess the endurance to persist, when others give - up! The goal must be to complement the group, and constituent's experiences, and, to do so, real leaders, always demand, their utmost dedication, to their highest personal standards of excellence!
